About Me

About-me-1-

Hi, I Am Miguel!

My mission is to empower you so you can live your life to the fullest potential. I support people in creating a life they will love, because the world needs people at their highest self, with people that step into their power and their gift, to make a difference.
However, this is not how we were raised. Many of us have been struggling with a lack of self-confidence and competition which leads to the narrative of never being enough.
I have myself been dealing with a lack of self-care, and a huge lack of self-love because I was told to compete against others to be the best in everything. That path has led me into feelings of never being enough. Never being enough for my parents, my teachers, and for myself. I was living in fear of always disappointing someone. Does this resonate with you?
Until one day I decided to embody who I really am. That journey has taken me more than 20 years, and I believe me, the journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance is a never-ending one, and probably the most precious and beautiful one you could ever go on. And any journey always starts with the first step!
I had everything that anyone could ever want to be happy, but deep down, I did not feel positive or cheerful. I had a very vibrant life, but deep within, I was sad, I did not have any real meaning or purpose in my life.
Later, when my father died suddenly, when I was just 23, it triggered the wounded child in me. I decided that there was no more time to waste, so I packed a bag to go on a one month trip to India to find the meaning of life. I was desperate to find happiness, somewhere maybe in the Himalayas or awaiting at the Gangga’s bank. But I did not find it. So, I started my journey of trying to find that lost happiness, and the horizon was never far enough, I went further and further. I always thought that maybe in the next country, the next town, the next village, my happiness was there waiting for me.
What I could not imagine at that time is that I went for two more years, traveling nonstop around the world in search of the meaning of life. I spent time with Buddhist monks in India, shamans in Bolivia, healers, and communities all over the world. Luckily the meaning of life never came across the corner! I feel very lucky!

It was far from my expectation that by looking for the meaning of life in the outside, I believed that the grass was always greener on the other side. I could never quench my thirst. All these experienced have brought me more and more within. I found the most precious temple of all, the one that is deep inside. It is inside each and every one of us. What I did not know, is that I had all the answers within. Layers after layers, I could tap more and more into them, and what I have found is what the alchemists were describing. The secret recipe for gold. This gold represents what we truly are. It is found in the heart, where everything starts, and everything returns. It is attainable, believe me. This gold is in each and every one of us. “You think you are making a trip, but soon it is making you – or unmaking you”. Nicolas Bouvier
