Hi, I Am Miguel!
I am Miguel Candelas, a transformational and ontological coach supporting individuals in clarifying their mission, health, relationships, and life purpose. My work considers the whole person, including emotions, language, the body, and the way of being in the world, creating the conditions for meaningful transformation and embodied identity.
I hold Master’s degrees in Communication and Cultural Anthropology, and I have also studied Positive Psychology and Neuroscience. My special expertise lies in understanding how personal identity is shaped within cultural and social environments, and how these differences influence the way we relate to ourselves and others.
Over two decades of traveling, working, and volunteering around the globe, including with international organizations such as the United Nations, have given me a deep understanding of human nature, conditioning, and the interconnectedness of our world. These experiences inform my ability to support clients with a broad, conscious, and globally aware perspective.

Today, as a Certified Coach, I help individuals achieve their personal, professional, and health goals. Since January 2025, I have had the honor of serving as President of the Belgian Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), promoting coaching values at the highest international standards. Being ICF-certified ensures that my clients experience coaching that adheres to a professional Code of Ethics and benefits from ongoing supervision to maintain excellence.
I blend my expertise in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Cultural Anthropology, and my personal journey into mysticism and global spiritual traditions to create a unique, integrative coaching approach. I work with individuals who are:
